Play fair. Keep it fun.

FomoTap is a browser game platform where every game is played with one input — space, click or tap. You can practice without an account, spectate any live match, and enter matches after linking a Fomo identity. Features may change, pause or end; we'll say so on the site when a feature is paused.

• Link only the Fomo @ you own. Impersonating someone, or claiming another person's @, can get your account suspended.
• One FomoTap account per person. Your session is remembered on your device; keep your device secure.
• FomoTap never asks for your Fomo password, private key or recovery phrase. Anyone who does is not us.
• FomoTap is independent of FOMO Labs Inc. and the fomo app. Linking your @ doesn't give FomoTap any access to your Fomo account.

• No bots, macros, scripted inputs, modified clients or automation of any kind in matches.
• No exploiting bugs, interfering with the game servers, or attempting to forge inputs, tickets or results.
• No multiple accounts, collusion or fake referrals.
• We review flagged behaviour and may void results, remove leaderboard entries, hold payouts or suspend accounts. Being very good at timing is never, on its own, a reason.

FomoTap doesn't take bets, entry fees or stakes. Prizes in official matches are pre-funded promotional prizes governed by the official prize rules. Tap Rating and season points are skill rankings, not financial scores, and nothing on FomoTap is financial or investment advice.

Your @handle, avatar colour, results, statistics, rating, replays and match inputs are part of the game and are shown publicly on results, replays, leaderboards and your profile. Fair-play proofs (seeds, participant order, signed results) are published so anyone can verify a match.

FomoTap is provided as-is. Online play depends on networks we don't control; we compensate for latency within published limits but can't guarantee any connection. To the extent the law allows, FomoTap isn't liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or on-chain transfers to an address you declared.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site; continuing to play after that means you accept the updated terms.
